The furnace dismantling machine consists of an upper structure equipped with a Cummins CSIV4-210 (210 HP@2200rpm) diesel engine (National IV standard) and a standard hydraulic system, as well as a crawler chassis with 800mm-wide heavy-duty three-tooth track shoes. It includes the following heavy-duty industrial components: main arm, main body and cab with industrial protective packaging, special telescopic arm with heavy-duty steel pipes, large arm with 360-degree continuous rotation, tool cylinder hose with fireproof sheath, and heavy-duty cab with protective devices and heat-insulating glass.
Two-stage dry air filter, equipped with turbine-type pre-filter, injection valve, safety components and cleanliness indicator. ● Oil filter, diesel filter and oil-water separator. ● The engine can perform more than 3 compound actions at idle speed. ● Emission control: meets the National IV emission standard for construction machinery. ● The power pack (water tank, radiator, intercooler) is designed as an integrated three-in-one unit and can be disassembled and assembled independently. The power pack must use original Cummins OEM accessories. ● The system is equipped with FLEETGUARD double-layer air filter element, and an electronic air filter element alarm device is set up in the system (for normal operation, cleaning and replacement). The instrument can obtain the pollution degree of the air filter element according to the sensor signal and automatically remind users to perform system maintenance at the correct time. A reset maintenance button is set on the multi-function instrument; after maintenance is completed, the engine speed can be restored to any adjustable speed range by pressing the reset maintenance button. ● The diesel engine feet are flexibly connected to the platform through shock absorbers, and the oil pump flange and flywheel housing flange are flexibly connected by a connecting plate.
Electrical System: ● Controller voltage: 24VDC ● Equipped with imported Korean ROCKET (Sail) batteries: 2 units of SAE#C31-S 810 CCA ● The electronic system is designed with an automatic idle speed function. When any action is performed, the engine speed is the speed set by the throttle knob; 5 seconds after stopping the action, the engine speed automatically drops to idle speed, and when the machine is operated again, the engine speed immediately rises to the set speed. ● Equipped with high-definition explosion-proof camera to facilitate the driver to observe the environment behind the machine in the cab and avoid equipment damage caused by collision. ● Equipped with monitoring sensors for water temperature, water level, oil temperature, oil level, air intake, return oil and suction filter clogging, ensuring that all data is displayed in the central instrument for the driver to fully grasp all important information of the machine. ● The vehicle is equipped with infrared width indicator lights and an audible and visual display device, forming a red warning area on the left, right and rear of the vehicle. ● Important cables must be protected against heat and oil, and installed separately from oil circuits.
Hydraulic System: Hydraulic Pump: ● Main hydraulic pump (imported from Germany, original Hawe; or imported from Korea, Kawasaki negative flow sensing constant power variable displacement pump) - double axial piston pump with rated flow of 260×2L/min, maximum pressure of 45MPa, and maximum flow of 520L. ● Pilot pump (imported from Germany, original Hawe or Eaton) - gear pump for pilot control with rated flow of 20L/min.
Multi-way Valve: Imported from Germany, original Hawe negative control multi-way valve with pressure compensation (or imported from the US, Parker multi-way valve), equipped with priority valve and flow combining valve to ensure the flow for key actions. During compound actions, it prioritizes providing flow for key actions to ensure action coordination. A hydraulic lock is installed on the oil circuit of the luffing cylinder to prevent the boom from sliding down during long-term hovering. The multi-way valve can independently adjust the flow and pressure of each executive action.
System Monitor: The electronic monitor in the cab can display low hydraulic oil level, high oil temperature, as well as the status of return oil and suction filters.
Hydraulic Early Warning Device: The hydraulic circuit of the furnace dismantling machine is equipped with alarms for low pilot pressure, high hydraulic oil temperature and filter clogging, which real-timely monitor the working status of the hydraulic system to ensure its normal operation.
Hydraulic Oil Pipes: Except for the pipes that must be movable, all oil pipes of the multi-way valve and working arm (including those inside the telescopic arm) of the furnace dismantling machine adopt seamless steel pipes. A high-pressure ball valve is installed on the hydraulic hammer pipeline, which can cut off the oil circuit from the multi-way valve to the hydraulic hammer, ensuring that the equipment can still be moved to a safe area by closing this valve in case of oil pipe damage.
Filter System: Equipped with 10μm suction filter and 10μm return filter. The factory requirement for the cleanliness of the entire system is NAS Class 7 (test run can only be carried out after pipeline flushing is completed). All joints adopt 24° cone seal joints.
Hydraulic Hammer: Adopts Finnish RAMMER Model 1322 with electro-hydraulic pilot control operation mode.
Chassis: Mainly includes the "four wheels and one track": supporting wheels, driving wheels, idlers, track rollers and crawler tracks. The track tension can be adjusted by filling grease into the tension cylinder. The frame is of X-architecture, and traction holes are set at the front and rear of the chassis frame. An electronic operation warning device is installed to emit a buzzer alarm when the vehicle is moving.
System Monitor (EMU): The electronic monitor in the cab displays the main engine working status, battery charging indicator, lubricating oil pressure, coolant high temperature warning, engine working speed, hydraulic system working pressure, pilot pressure, diesel tank oil level, hydraulic tank oil level and temperature, voltage indicator. It has functions of self-test, fault alarm display and audible-visual warning, and can dynamically display the main working parameters and system status of the equipment in real time.
Cab: Equipped with heat-insulating glass and heat insulation devices. The four-way adjustable driver's seat can be adjusted up and down, forward and backward. The instrument monitor screen is clearly visible. The layout of the console and various operating handles in the cab is reasonable and easy to operate. Heavy-duty protective grilles are installed on the front window and top of the cab.
Control System Hydraulic System Control Device: ● Two hydraulic operating handles are used to control various actions of the upper device. ● Two foot valves control the travel and steering of the crawler tracks. The foot valves are equipped with handles, which can control the travel of the whole vehicle either by foot or by hand. A high-low speed conversion switch is set on the armrest box for switching between high and low speeds of crawler travel. The foot valves can automatically reset; when the control of the foot valves is stopped, the foot valves automatically return to the neutral position under the action of springs, cutting off the pilot oil of the travel valve core and stopping the vehicle.
Engine Control Device: ● The equipment is started by key, and the throttle can be adjusted by the throttle knob according to the working conditions. ● The system has an automatic idle speed function. When any action is performed, the engine operates at the set speed; 5 seconds after stopping the action, the engine speed automatically drops to idle speed, and when the machine is operated again, the engine speed immediately rises to the set speed. During the working pause intervals, the engine runs at idle speed.
Upper Structure Slewing Device [Slewing Reducer]: Slewing is driven by a reducer, which includes an axial piston motor, a planetary gear reducer and a brake.
