Resleeving Operation
When the tap hole sleeve brick is severely eroded, damaged or fallen off, completely drill out the old brick and install a new one.
Emergency Repair
Deal with sudden production failures such as tap hole blockage, steel adhesion, and excessive slag buildup.
Commissioning
Accurately drill the initial tap hole with standard dimensions after a new converter is put into production or overhauled.
Applicable equipment: Converters (BOF) with various tonnages from 40T to 300T.
