Full Hydraulic Open-Pit DTH Drill Rig (Integrated Type)
The model X6A covers a drilling range of 138-203mm. It has an operating pressure of 2.0-2.3MPa and an air supply volume of 25m³/min. It is widely used for drilling blast holes in open-pit projects such as metallurgy, mining, building materials, railways, hydropower construction, national defense construction, and earthwork.
Two-Stage Screw Compression Host
It is equipped with an Atlas Copco two-stage screw air compressor, with an output air volume of 25m³/min. When matched with a 5-inch impactor, the maximum operating pressure can reach 23bar; when matched with a 6-inch impactor, the maximum operating pressure can reach 21bar.
Turbocharged Water-Cooled Engine
It adopts a Cummins turbocharged water-cooled engine, which delivers strong power, energy efficiency and environmental protection. The engine intake is equipped with a dual maintenance-free automatic blowing system to ensure the engine's service life.
Cab and Operating System
The cab features a modern streamlined design, with a reliable built-in heating and cooling system. The internal noise is lower than 85db. The operating system follows ergonomic design, with left and right integrated operating handles. The working instruments are clear at a glance, and a reverse image function is equipped. All these create a working environment for the operator that is easy to operate, has a wide field of view, and ensures comfortable and safe riding.
Automatic Rod Loading and Unloading
Drilling is carried out by means of automatic rod loading and unloading, which improves safety, reduces labor costs and lowers labor intensity. The rod magazine can hold 5 drill rods, plus 1 on the slide frame. With the standard 5m 89 drill rods, the maximum hole depth can reach 30m; with the optional 4m 102 drill rods, the maximum hole depth can reach 24m. A grease lubrication system is equipped for the automatic rod loading, unloading and changing.
