RH Degassing Snorkel Gunning Machine

一、Core Functions

1. Refractory Lining Repair

   Perform wet/dry gunning on worn or peeled refractory materials on the inner wall, outer wall and bell mouth of snorkels of RH vacuum degassers, to restore the thickness and integrity of the lining.

2. Service Life Extension

   Resist erosion caused by molten steel, high-temperature flue gas and airflow scouring, and greatly reduce the replacement frequency of snorkels.

3. Process Stability Assurance

   Maintain the dimension and tightness of snorkels to ensure normal operation of RH refining processes including vacuum decarburization, dehydrogenation and alloying.

4. On-site Rapid Maintenance

   Carry out on-line repairing during equipment downtime, shorten maintenance duration and improve continuous casting efficiency.
