RH snorkel gunning machine is special supporting equipment for RH vacuum degassing refining furnace.
The snorkel is subject to long-term thermal shock, molten steel scouring and slag corrosion, which causes thinning, spalling and cracking of the inner and outer refractory linings. This machine sprays refractory gunning mix in hot online condition to repair both the inner and outer walls of the snorkel simultaneously and restore the thickness of the refractory lining. Offline cold repair is also available to prevent accidents such as steel breakout and nitrogen pickup, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the RH process.
