Refractory Rotary Gunning Machine

This Refractory Rotary Disc Gunning Machine adopts rotary disc feeding structure. It uses compressed air to convey dry refractory gunning material to the manual spray gun. The dry material mixes with water inside the water-material mixer at the gun head, then sprays at high speed onto furnace linings.

Main Functions & Applications

1. Conduct cold and hot gunning repair for refractory linings of steel ladles, converters, electric arc furnaces, RH equipment and industrial kilns.

2. Repair eroded, peeled and thinned refractory layers, restore lining thickness.

3. Extend service life of furnace refractory, reduce unplanned shutdown time and refractory consumption.

4. Adjustable feeding speed ensures stable material flow, low rebound rate and uniform sprayed layer.
