SM08A Tracked Self-Propelled Hot Spray Repair Machine
The SM08A Tracked Self-Propelled Hot Spray Repair Machine is capable of performing rapid maintenance and repair work on the molten damage areas of the converter lining at a high temperature of 1200°C. It can complete actions such as the entire vehicle's travel, steering, braking, upper vehicle rotation, positioning of the spray pipe, and feeding of the spray repair material. It is an efficient equipment for local repair of the converter lining.
1、 Brief Introduction to Vehicle Performance, Movements and Structure
(a) This machine allows the platform to rotate to any position within ±110° for maintenance and operation.
(b) It adopts a load-sensing constant-power variable displacement pump hydraulic system.
(c) The operation console is equipped with an LCD display monitor, which accurately and timely displays, monitors, and provides early warnings for the working parameters of the machine, providing a basis for maintenance personnel to conduct maintenance and diagnosis.
(d) The shield in front of the operation platform consists of two layers of steel plates (inner and outer), with a glass fiber heat insulation layer in the middle; the observation window is equipped with high-temperature-resistant glass, which maximizes the improvement of the operating environment for workers.
(e) It adopts electric control operation, which is labor-saving, flexible, and ensures stable movements.
(f) High-quality products are used for hydraulic components and other key mechanical parts, ensuring stable and reliable performance and minimizing the failure rate of the machine.
(g) The hydraulic hoses are from well-known domestic brands such as Qingxiang, and are matched with high-quality hose joints, which prevent oil leakage and pipe explosion caused by quality problems of hoses and joints, and reduce maintenance workload.
2. The Entire Vehicle Composition
The entire vehicle consists of several important parts, including a power unit, a hydraulic system, an electrical control system, a spray pipe drive system, a spray repair material conveying device, and a tracked travel system.
3、 Structural Introduction
(1) Travel Drive Device
This machine adopts a tracked travel device, which is required to bear a large machine weight and ensure stable travel. The travel device has two tracks, each driven independently by two sets of drive devices, enabling the entire machine to move forward, backward, turn, and also rotate in place. The operation is simple and flexible.
The drive device uses an integrated travel motor, which features a compact structure, convenient maintenance, small space occupation, large ground clearance of the chassis, and a long service life.
(2) Track Tensioning Device
The track tensioning device is composed of an idler wheel, a tensioning spring, a tensioning cylinder, etc. This device is mainly used to maintain a certain tension of the track so as to play a buffering role during work and travel. When adjusting the tension, it is only necessary to inject (or release) grease with a grease gun.
(3) Top Rollers and Track Rollers
These rollers adopt a single-side structure, which not only meets the requirement of preventing the track from coming off but also minimizes the energy loss during the energy transmission of the track.
(4) Track Assembly
The track uses three-rib track plates formed by rolling. These track plates have the advantages of high strength, good wear resistance, and low damage to the ground.
(5) Main Oil Circuit System
The spray repair machine uses a four-stroke diesel engine as the power source of the entire vehicle to drive the main pump to work and provide power for the entire hydraulic system. The power of the diesel engine of the spray repair machine is 36.8kW, and the rotating speed is 2500rpm; the main pump adopts a hydraulic piston pump with a working pressure of 16MPa; the travel drive is driven by a hydraulic motor; the steering is realized by two hydraulic motors; the travel braking is realized by the travel reducer; the left and right rotation of the upper vehicle is realized by the hydraulic motor driving the slewing bearing.
(6) Electrical Control Operation System
All movements of the entire vehicle are realized by electrical control. The electrical control system ensures the normal operation and safety protection of the equipment: it is composed of a control cabinet, a remote controller, an electromagnetic control valve, electrical sensing elements, etc., and can realize remote operation.
(7) Cooling System
In order to avoid excessive oil temperature in the hydraulic system under high-temperature working environment, maintain the good performance of hydraulic oil, improve work efficiency, an air-cooled hydraulic oil heat dissipation system is added. This ensures that the hydraulic system works within an appropriate temperature range, effectively reducing the energy consumption of the engine and improving the service life and stability of hydraulic oil and hydraulic components.
(8) Power System
The power source of this machine adopts a Xichai engine, which has the advantages of low fuel consumption, low noise, low pollution, and low-temperature starting. The foundation of the diesel engine is flexibly connected to the platform through shock absorbers to reduce the vibration of the machine; the oil pump and the engine are connected by an elastic coupling, thereby extending the service life of the hydraulic pump.
(9) Slewing Mechanism
The slewing platform and the travel chassis are connected by a slewing bearing, and can realize ±110° rotation driven by the slewing device on the slewing platform. The slewing device adopts a built-in brake, which is easy to install and has reliable braking performance.
(10) Working Device
The spray pipe is divided into large and small pipes, with a total telescopic stroke of about 12m, which is realized by the large pipe feeder and the small pipe feeder respectively. The large and small pipe feeders are each driven by their own hydraulic motors; in addition, through the slewing guide frame of the spray pipe, the hydraulic motor drives the gear ring on the guide frame to realize ±170° rotation of the spray pipe; the action of the spray pipe lifting cylinder can make the spray pipe tilt 15° upward and 20° downward; the rotation of the upper vehicle can make the spray pipe swing left and right by ±110°. Thus, through the travel movement, left and right rotation of the upper vehicle, and the front-back telescoping, rotation, up-down movement, and tilting of the spray pipe itself, the working range of the nozzle can meet the requirements of spray repair maintenance in front of the converter.
The feeding of the spray repair material and the flow of water and gas are mainly composed of a material tank (including a water tank), pipes, joints, several electromagnetic valves, gate valves, check valves, pressure gauges, and other gas and liquid components to form an organic whole, which mixes the spray repair material and water and delivers them to the nozzle.
With such a system structure, the entire hot spray repair machine can realize travel, steering, braking, upper vehicle rotation, drive of the spray pipe, and feeding of the spray repair material, meeting the requirements of rapid spray repair maintenance work inside the converter at a high temperature of 1200°C.
