The LB140Ⅲ Furnace (Ladle) Dismantling Machine can operate stably in the front-furnace environment with high dust, where the maximum internal furnace radiation temperature reaches 1200°C for a short period and the external ambient temperature is 45°C.

(a) This machine allows the platform to rotate 360° to any position for maintenance and operation.
(b) It adopts a hydraulic system with a negative flow sensing constant power variable displacement pump. The variable displacement pump can automatically adjust the flow rate and pressure according to the change of load, ensuring smooth operation of various movements and full utilization of the engine power.
(c) The hydraulic oil radiator and the engine water tank radiator conduct independent heat dissipation; the speed of the fan motor can be manually adjusted according to different ambient temperatures, ensuring the hydraulic system works at the optimal temperature.
(d) The driver's cab is equipped with a liquid crystal display (LCD) monitor, which accurately and timely displays, monitors and gives early warnings of the machine's working parameters, providing a basis for maintenance personnel to carry out maintenance and diagnosis.
(e) The semi-enclosed hydraulic control cabinet and the hydraulic hoses with added spiral sheaths reduce the exposure of components such as valves and hoses in the hydraulic system, thereby minimizing pipeline wear and dust intrusion.
(f) A streamlined standard excavator driver's cab is adopted, equipped with an adjustable seat. It features sealing and noise reduction, an attractive appearance, comfort and a wide field of vision, which maximizes the improvement of the operating environment for the driver and crew. The reinforced protective roof of the driver's cab and the front glass guardrail effectively reduce the risk of the driver and crew being hit by external flying slag. (g) The hydraulic pilot control system enables labor-saving and flexible operation as well as stable movements.
(h) High-quality products are used for hydraulic components and other key mechanical parts, ensuring stable and reliable performance and minimizing the failure rate of the machine.
(i) The hydraulic hoses are from well-known domestic brands such as Qingxiang, and are matched with high-quality hose joints to eliminate oil leakage and pipe burst caused by quality problems of hoses and joints. The hydraulic pipes inside the telescopic arm are connected by hard pipes, reducing the maintenance workload.

The entire machine mainly includes seven key movements: vehicle travel, upper platform rotation, boom lifting/lowering, boom rotation, telescopic arm extension/retraction, working head angle adjustment, and hydraulic hammer impact.
