Our independently designed and manufactured converter tapping hole reaming bits are optimized for tapping hole expansion in 40T–300T converters. Through long-term improvements and field validation, we’ve developed two series: spike-type and spiral carbide reamers, engineered to meet the demands of high-speed steel production.
Material & Technology
· KZ-series special carbide alloy with advanced sintering technology ensures superior heat resistance, wear resistance, and impact resistance.
· Bit body undergoes heat treatment for enhanced strength and is welded to the carbide tip using protective welding for structural integrity.
· Slag-discharge grooves on the rod optimize debris evacuation and extend tool life.
